Thank you for shopping at BoxLegend. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Used or opened products. For hygiene and copyright reasons, products that show any signs of use cannot be accepted for return.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software or digital products.

Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

3. Return Process & Fees
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Support@boxlegend.com] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned item. This fee is waived for returns due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

You will receive the refund amount for the item’s purchase price, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [Support@boxlegend.com].
